Effective June 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of IronPlate, a workout planning and set logging app.
Acceptance
By accessing or using IronPlate, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IronPlate. The app asks users to accept these terms before creating an account or signing in for account-backed sync.
Using IronPlate
You are responsible for creating safe workout plans, entering accurate information, using proper form, choosing appropriate weights, and stopping exercise if something feels unsafe. Workout planning, set logging, plan editing, and progress tracking are available without an account. Accounts are optional and are used for cloud backup and account-backed features. Photo food scanning and other AI-backed features may require an account and an active Apple in-app purchase subscription.
Subscriptions and Apple billing
Paid digital features in the iOS app are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method management. Use the Restore Purchase button in the app if you already bought access with the same Apple account.
Food estimates
Food photo scanning provides estimated meal and nutrition information only. Estimates can be incomplete or incorrect, and you should review and edit them before saving. IronPlate does not provide medical, diet, diagnosis, or treatment advice.
No medical advice
IronPlate is not a doctor, trainer, dietitian, medical device, emergency service, or safety system. The app provides workout, meal, and progress organization only. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a fitness or nutrition program.
Accounts and data
You are responsible for your account and the workout data you save. You may not access another person's account, interfere with service security, or use IronPlate to violate the law. Signed-in users can request account deletion from Settings in the app, or by contacting support if they cannot access the app.
Beta software
IronPlate may be offered as a beta. Features may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued. Do not rely on beta behavior for critical training records.
App Store terms
If you download IronPlate through Apple, Apple is not responsible for IronPlate or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for IronPlate.
Disclaimers
IronPlate is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, IronPlate and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including injury, lost data, lost profits, or reliance on app behavior.
Changes
We may update IronPlate or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
